We hope you like the new look and can find your resources quickly. We also know that you might have some questions, so we have created these Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to help you along the way.

  1. What do the new categories mean?
      These new categories group our resources with the reason for your visit to the site in mind - to find resources to help you:
    • Educate yourself;
    • Organize or administer your group;
    • Lead in your group, church, community, and beyond;
    • Grow in your faith, and care for your body, mind, and soul;
    • Serve and Advocate in your community and world;
    • Find Merchandise with the United Women in Faith brand.
  2. Where are the downloads and PDF resources?
    • Each category has its own subcategory of downloadable resources that contains a list of PDFs, videos and other files.
    • For example, to find downloads related to Membership Opportunities, go to Shop by Category and under LEAD you will find a subcategory labeled Downloads.
    • You can also use the Search box to find the title of the file you are searching for.
    • The list of items carried over from the old estore can be found here.
  3. Where do I find PDFs or videos cited in the Program Resource or other materials that no longer work?
    • Simply enter in the SEARCH box the first few letters of the PDF title or resource that you are looking for, and a link to that resource will pop up.
  4. How can I find resources if I don't know their name?
    • Use the main SEARCH box near the top of the site and the sub-filter under SEARCH RESULTS:
      1. The SEARCH bar at the top of the webstore is the main search option. After this initial search, you can refine the search in the lower SEARCH RESULTS bar.
      2. Enter your additional search term(s)/word(s) in the box/field that says "filter products by keyword" to refine your search.
      3. The search will return items with the keyword(s) in their titles or description.
    • Search tips:
      1. Shorten the search term(s)/word(s); e.g., if you don't find "INSTALLATION SERVICES," try searching for "INSTALLATION" or even "INSTALL."
      2. Too many items showing up? Use the sub-filter for a more refined search.
      3. Type words/terms in the sub-filter s-l-o-w-l-y, it will immediately start to narrow your list of items.
  5. Can I make a purchase as a Guest? Why do I need to create a sign in/account for my purchase or to retrieve a PDF?
    • We do not save any credit card information, but creating an account will allow you to review your current and past orders. If there is a problem with an order, it will be easier for both you and the customer service representative to track your order and let you know of any issues.
    • Also note that this site has a valid security certificate issued by a trusted authority, and information (such as passwords or credit card numbers) will be securely sent to this site and cannot be intercepted.
  6. What is your return policy?
    • We will return or replace items that have been damaged or lost in shipment.
    • Do contact us if a product has been shipped to you in error and we will be able to initiate a return and replace it with the corrected product.
    • We no longer have a consignment policy, so please order the number of items you believe you can sell. You can always request additional resources after your event. We no longer accept returns of over-ordered items.
  7. Is a Bundle or Annual Sampler being offered this year?
    • We will try to offer this annually and will communicate this through CONNECT, our e-newsletter, and other channels. Sign up to stay connected: uwfaith.org/get-involved/connect/.
  8. Where do I find United Women in Faith digital offerings?
    • Enter uwfaith.org/digital into a new browser window and create a free login account to see what's being offered.
  9. Can I order response magazine?
  10. I did not receive my order confirmation or password reset alert. What should I do?
    • The order confirmation and other auto-responses go directly to the email supplied by the user. Check that your email is correct before sending and do check your spam or junk folder as many mail systems assume auto-responses are junk mail. Be sure to add the domains UWFaith.org and UWFaithresources.org as "safe senders."
    • Sometimes these domains may be blocked and need to be re-enabled - you will need to check with your mail service (e.g., Outlook or Gmail) on how to unblock the domain or email address(es).
    • If you still do not find this information, send an email to customer service to request assistance.
  11. Have shipping costs gone up?
    • Shipping costs have gone up significantly and United Women in Faith was absorbing more than 50% of the cost to get resources to its members, including taking on the fulfillment and handling costs. Now, members have the option to choose which method of shipping they want in addition to picking up the fulfillment cost, which in turns extends the mission dollars for projects that we fund.
    • We continually look for cost and shipping efficiencies for our members. USPS is currently the best alternative at this time.
  12. Can I ship internationally?
    • Yes, but you will need to call in your order with the phone number provided (on this page) or send an email message to customer service listing your shipping address and including the destination phone number as this is often required by the freight company.
    • They can also determine the most efficient shipping option depending on the destination.

  14. What can customer service help me with?
    • The webstore customer service representatives can let you know what products and materials are available, their price, and location on the webstore.
